<p>These tips are a great starting point in your quest to losing weight. I came up with 3 great free weight loss tips that does not involve virtually any exercise but lifestyle changes to live by on a day-to-day basis.</p>
<p>Eat with smaller plates and spoons</p>
<p>If you are one of those people who have always been having trouble losing weight, then this is something that could be at least your first step in the weight loss process.</p>
<p>Making yourself to eat in a smaller bowl is not only a healthy start, but it forces you to eat in smaller portions rather than what your body is already used to. Another thing that&#8217;s great about this is that if you&#8217;re among the people who are lazy to exercise, this could be the &#8220;foundation&#8221; where you can at least have somewhere to start in your weight loss journey. Using a small spoon is helpful because it&#8217;s more proportional to the small plate that you&#8217;re using rather than using a larger spoon (which you&#8217;re probably accustomed to) with a small plate. </p>
<p>Also, you wouldn&#8217;t feel like you&#8217;re cheating yourself. After some time, eating in a smaller bowl and spoon becomes second nature to you.</p>
<p>Drink Water after every Meal!</p>
<p>This might sound cliche but drinking water is essential to everybody in general and is one of the most important of these free weight loss tips. This is because we need water to survive. But drinking water is also a good weight loss tip because it helps fill your stomach up faster as your eating food with the smaller portioned plates and spoon.</p>
<p>We need about 7 glasses of water a day so a good idea to fulfill that every day is the following:</p>
<p>Drink your 1st glass after you wake up, have one ready for your meals (such as Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner), arrange a set time where you will have one in between Breakfast and Lunch, and another between Lunch and Dinner, then have the last one before going to bed. </p>
<p>And stick to it! You&#8217;ll likely be making a lot of trips to the restroom so prepare for that. But hey! Think of it like &#8220;hey, this is making me lose weight right now!&#8221; And be happy about that. This will probably be the only physical exercise you&#8217;ll have to do (if you&#8217;re following these free weight lose tips to the &#8220;T&#8221;)</p>
<p>No more eating snacks!</p>
<p>I know this is difficult for a lot of people, but if you are serious in losing weight, following these free weight loss tips, and fully aware that losing weight is a life changing experience for you that needs to be done drastically, you need to make drastic changes in your life! A good start would be to stop buying extra snacks and food of that nature. No more chips, cookies, &amp; cake. Anything &#8220;extra&#8221; should be &#8220;exed&#8221; out! Don&#8217;t eat extra portions either! Also, anything outside of &#8220;Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner&#8221; is extra! (Except for drinking water)</p>
<p>If you already do have snacks in your house&#8230;.throw them away! If that&#8217;s too hard to do, at least get somebody to hide them from you or move it somewhere where it won&#8217;t be seen easily by yourself.</p>

You may want to become the most successful person in your field, or you may want to simply improve your life in general. Whatever your goals are, I&#8217;m sure there are lots of them, and most of them are crucial to finding your complete happiness in life. </p>
<p><b>The Missing Link.</b> Most successful people have certain things in common, and through these you can guess what has helped them achieve success so far. And one of these things is their positive, proactive, and empowered attitude towards life. They know what they want and they go after it with passion and gusto. They work hard and keep their motivation despite all the challenges. </p>
<p>If you want to attain the same attitude, you can rely on positive affirmations. Using positive affirmations may seem like a small thing to do as a way of striving towards your happiness, but they can have such a profound effect that you may not be fully aware of. </p>
<p><b>What are positive affirmations?</b> Positive affirmations are positive thoughts or statements about a particular outcome that you want to happen. They are subliminal messages that are communicated directly to your subconscious. These affirmations need to be repeated constantly until they make such a strong impact on your subconscious mind, which will then produce actual results and accomplishments out of mere thoughts. </p>
<p>Doesn&#8217;t it sound so simple? It&#8217;s surprising that a lot of people are still living lives they are not happy with, when all along the way to achieving happiness lies in simple positive thoughts. </p>
<p><b>What&#8217;s keeping you from living a happy life?</b> The problem with the human mind is that it finds negativity attractive for some reason. Don&#8217;t we often find ourselves intrigued by tragic events? When we hear of an accident, we often get curious and start asking questions about what happened. This may seem like a normal reaction, but in truth, it is a clue as to why we are wallowing in negatively laid out lives. We have the tendency to be easily caught up in negativity; negative thoughts and beliefs have a one-way ticket leading straight into our minds. And the worst part is, we let them in freely without even knowing that we are already sabotaging our own happiness. </p>
<p><b>What can you do?</b> The solution to this problem is to focus the mind instead on positive affirmations. This takes a good deal of self control and self discipline. After all, positive affirmations don&#8217;t have the same tragic appeal like negative ideas do, and since we have been exposed to negative ideas for a long time, they usually lay down their roots in our minds and can fight against the positive affirmations we try to install in our minds. </p>
<p><b>Reminders on the use of positive affirmations.</b> So here are a few reminders on how you can let positive affirmations do their magic work to make your life the happy life you&#8217;ve always wanted:</p>
<p>• Focus on them. By focusing on positive affirmations, this means you should also consciously brush away negative ideas as much as you can or as often as you catch yourself thinking of them. • Constantly repeat them. The easiest way to programming the mind is by constant repetition. The mind loves patterns, so if it starts to recognize a pattern due to your constant repetition, it becomes more receptive.• Don&#8217;t stop. If you stop for a single minute, negative talk from outside can easily penetrate right through.

<p>Happiness is different for every person, and each different type of person has a different habit to gain happiness. Man is a social animal. To live in this society we had to face many challenges of life. Life is not always bed of roses. Thorns are always attached to it. But we had overcome all these sorrows and had to gain happiness in life. To gain happiness in life it&#8217;s not as hard as breaking stones. Some changes in life is expected, while rest unexpected. Enrichment in human life is an essential element. Enrichment in life is secret to lead a happy and successful life. Without enrichment life would be dull. It will have no hope. The ways to gain happiness in life are:</p>
<p>1. Keep life simple and love true2. Give people a second chance3. Never hate4. Be a blessing to others5. Be earth friendly6. Live a life of serenity, not regrets7. Don&#8217;t take things too seriously8. be fair9. Live within your means and within your seams10. Set your heart in the things of heaven11. be too notable for anger12. Always smile13. Give a lot14. Look at the sunny side of life15. Cherish each happy moment16. Treat everyone with respect17. Don&#8217;t let your possessions posses you.18. Delight in simple things19. Have allot for learning20. <p>To gain happiness man should posses &#8220;happy thoughts&#8221;. Then, by doing that &#8220;happy things:&#8221; More happy things people do they will feel happier. It is always better to avoid negative habits as depression, despair, worry, fear, or apathy, as they create dissatisfaction. Unhappiness comes from thinking about yourself, your problems, or your situation, in a negative or hopeless way. To reverse this, you simply need to reverse this; either A.) Start thinking about, serving, and helping others; or, B.) Teach, train, or condition yourself to start thinking more positively &#8211; more &#8220;happy thoughts.&#8221; Happy thoughts lead to a habit of happiness; and people who are habitually happy are happier people than those who are not. If you want to be happy, be happy. Find something good, positive, uplifting, or fun to think about or do; and repeat this process as often as possible until it &#8220;sticks&#8221; with you. The way to happiness is to be happy; and that&#8217;s no Secret.</p>
<p>Man should always possess positive attitude. Whatever may be circumstanced hope should never shatter. As behind every dark cloud there is silver lining. Man should be always being focused. People may say wrong about them he should avoid all the talks of others. But rather emerged as winners. Try to meet good people have faith in god and upon themselves. When god has given life then live the life at your zenith. Sorrows and joys are part of life, but man should find happiness that also, by doing things which gives him utmost pleasure. Positive and constructive thoughts will achieve anything you put your mind to do.</p>
<p>As it is rightly said Happiness is not a hereditary trait we are born with. It is implanted in us by our parents and those we love. It is up to us, then, to observe it, partake in it, and construct our lives around it. Think happy and you will be happy.

<p>Sometimes we shut our mind off when people start talking about “healthy living” and “exercising and eating right” because we’ve heard it all before, right?  Well, if you’re tired of gaining weight, of feeling exhausted from simple activities, of dealing with issues caused by having extra weight or just tired of not feeling right then it’s time you started listening to the benefits of losing weight.  You are the only person that can initiate change in your life regarding weight loss.  You’ll have people there to support you and help in any way they can, but the ultimate battle is yours.</p>
<p>Healthy living first comes with eating right.  There are plenty of eating plans that aren’t going to starve you and will actually make you eat more of the healthier foods than you were before.  Many people fail with this portion of healthy living because they don’t understand how to eat right.  Find a doctor or nutritionist to help you find the best eating plan for you.</p>
<p>The second part of healthy living comes from exercising.  No matter what level of fitness you’re at you should have at least thirty minutes of activity that increases your heart rate at least three times a week mixed with a form of weight training for two sessions of thirty minutes each.  That’s five days of working out but it’s only thirty minutes of your day.  If you would rather not get involved in weight lifting then participate in a moderate physical activity five days a week for thirty minutes each session.</p>
<p>What Working Out Does For You</p>
<p>The following risks are reduced from working out:</p>
<p>-Death by heart disease<br />-Diabetes<br />-high blood pressure<br />-colon cancer<br />-depression and/or anxiety</p>
<p>The following are what working out helps:</p>
<p>-weight control<br />-develop stronger bones, joints and/or muscles<br />-develop better balance and strength<br />-mental well-being</p>
<p>There’s no longer any reason you should avoid working out now.  You have a responsibility to your family to start living a healthier life.  Don’t give up just because you’re tired of the effort.  Anything worth having costs a little something and having a healthy life is worth the cost of effort you should put forth.</p>
